This is our Family-Friendly 2-Bedroom Cabin – Taking its name from Jodi & Jason’s hometown of Kamloops (Spoolmak is “Kamloops” spelled backwards), this cabin is a tribute to roots, stories, and connection. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen with hand-crafted furniture, a high-top table perfect for gathering & a wood-burning stove. Step out onto the deck to enjoy a BBQ, picnic table, and a lush forested outlook—complete with your own private fire pit. Inquire about adding a grill for open-fire cooking at your site.

Our cabins are fully stocked and ready for your stay—just bring your personal items like toiletries, food, drinks, and clothes. We'll take care of the rest!
In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need:
- Full-sized fridge, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle,
- Cutlery & cooking utensils, pots, pans, bakeware, toaster,
- Dishes, mugs & glasses, dish soap, cloths & towels,
- Tea, coffee, sugar, whitener, salt, pepper, and basic spices.
- BBQ & BBQ utensils on your private deck
For a good night’s sleep, the bedrooms come with:
- Comfortable bedding, dressers, hangers, and an alarm clock.
This 4-piece bathroom is stocked with:
- Toilet paper, soap, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer, and a selection of towels.
Kick back and relax in the living room with:
- A flat-screen TV and DVD player. DVD rentals are available, free of charge! Please note, there is no cable TV available.
Each cabin has its own picnic table and private fire pit, perfect for evenings under the stars.
The cabins stay warm with electric heat and a wood-burning stove.
We provide a daily allotment of firewood, free of charge. Extra firewood has a fee. For more info about fires and firewood, check out our Policies.
Wi-Fi is available for browsing the internet, checking emails, and social media. It is not the best for streaming, but it will keep you connected!
If you're traveling with little ones, we have a playpen, booster seat, and baby gate available for a small daily fee. Please contact us by phone or email to add these items to your booking.
